VIVA – Penyanyi Cantik, Stephanie Poetri baru- baru ini merilis lagu berjudul Paranoia pada Jumat 12 Maret 2021.
Lagu Paranoia yang ditulis oleh Kang Daniel, diproduksi Anthony Russo, Inverness dan MZMC ini menceritakan tentang sebuah rasa sakit, konflik, dan juga perderitaan seseorang.
Berbarengan dengan tayangnya video clip Paranoia, Stephanie merilis sebuah mini album pertamanya yang bertajuk AM:PM. Dalam album AM:PM tersebut berisikan enam lagu dan "Paranoia" menjadi lagu terakhir dalam album tersebut.
