Minister Thohir underlined that pursuing synchronization among state institutions is in line with President Prabowo Subianto's directives, which mandate his aides to enhance the living standards of families for a golden Indonesia.

The minister remarked that his office is ready to continue mobilizing the technology utilized by state-run telecommunication firm PT Telkom Indonesia to assist the PPPA Ministry in augmenting the quality of its Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak (Women's and Children's Friend) 129 call center service.

Minister Fauzi, on her part, remarked that the PPPA Ministry is also keen to synergize with the SOEs Ministry to enhance two priority initiatives of her office apart from the call center, namely the Ruang Bersama Indonesia (Indonesia's Common Space) program and the integration of village-based data on women and children.

She said that the PPPA Ministry would work hand in hand with Thohir's side to reduce the risk of violence against women and children by optimizing the potential of the mentioned initiatives.

"Hopefully, our services will reach the rural level, empower Indonesian women, and protect this country's children," she stated.

Earlier, on December 16, the PPPA minister declared that Indonesia is in a state of emergency over sexual violence against women and children.

On that note, she emphasized the importance of relevant stakeholders working in synergy to address the alarming situation, as she believes the nation's future and dreams depend on women and children
