Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka Officially Lead Indonesia

Jakarta, VIVA – Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka have taken the oath of office as President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia.
With the oath-taking, Prabowo-Gibran are now officially leading Indonesia for the 2024-2029 period.
The oath-taking ceremony took place during the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Plenary Session at the Indonesian MPR/DPR (House od Representatives) Building, Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Sunday (Oct 20).
First, President Subianto took the oath, followed by Vice President Raka.
Here's the oath of the President of Indonesia recited by Prabowo Subianto:
"Bismillahirohmanirohim (In the name of God), I swear to faithfully fulfill the duties as the Indonesian President to the best of my ability and with utmost justice. I will uphold the constitution and execution all laws and regulation with the greatest integrity and serve the nation, the country,"
The oath of the Vice President of Indonesia recited by Gibran Rakabuming Raka:
"Bismillahirohmanirohim (in the name of God), I swear to faithfully fulfill the duties as the Indonesian Vice President to the best of my ability and with utmost justice. I will uphold the constitution and execution all laws also regulations with the greatest integrity and serve the nation, the country,"
After the inauguration, the new President of Indonesia delivered a speech.
In his speech, the President called on everyone to work hard, fight tirelessly, and safeguard Indonesia's wealth.
"Do not let our wealth be taken cheaply by others," the President stated.
He added, "All our wealth must be used to the greatest extent for the prosperity and benefit of our people,"
According to President Subianto, in politics, such things are easy to say but difficult to achieve.
"But we can achieve them if we unite and work together," he said.
President Subianto once again called on everyone to build the future together, despite differences in ethnicity, religion, party, or group.
