Exclusive Motorcycle Exhibition Set to Take Place in Indonesia This Month

Jakarta, VIVA – The Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) is set to take place from October 30 to November 3, 2024, at ICE BSD, Tangerang.
A total of 17 motorcycle brands are ready to enliven this event, along with dozens of other supporting industries.
Adriean Eka, General Manager of Seven Event, stated that the number of brands participating in IMOS 2024 is higher than last year, and there may still be more additions.
“IMOS 2024 will feature more new brands, with four making their debut and eight brands that have not participated for some time,” he said during the IMOS Press Conference in Jakarta.

The confirmed participating motorcycle brands include Honda, Yamaha, TVS, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Royal Enfield, Royal Alloy, and Harley Davidson.
In addition to Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) brands, IMOS 2024 will also showcase electric vehicle brands such as ALVA, Electrum, Horwin, ION Mobility, Polytron, V Move, Volta, and ZPT.
Regarding the addition of more brands, Eka revealed that IMOS 2024 will use larger venue.
“The venue for IMOS 2024 will be five times larger, spanning 15,000 square meters,” he explained.
At the same event, Loman, Chairman of the Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association (AISI), expressed hope that IMOS 2024 will boost motorcycle sales in Indonesia and help reach the target of 6.3 million units sold this year.
“We hope that with IMOS 2024, Indonesia will be able to reach 6.3 million motorcycle sales, especially electric motorcycles. Currently, we have only reached 4.4 million units,” Loman said.
For visitors planning to attend IMOS 2024, tickets are priced at IDR 25,000 for weekdays and IDR 40,000 for weekends. Tickets can be purchased through the Auto360 app.
For on-the-spot purchases, tickets will be priced at IDR 35,000 for weekdays and IDR 50,000 for weekends. Additionally, visitors who purchase pre-sale tickets online between October 4-6 will receive a 50 percent discount.
