“In the near future, we will hold a follow-up meeting involving all industry associations under the Ministry of Industry to draft this roadmap,” he added.

The cooperation between the Ministry of Industry and Kadin Indonesia has so far benefited the industrial sector, particularly in the development of downstream programs for minerals, natural gas, palm oil, cocoa, and coconut.

Looking ahead, the main focus of this collaboration will include strengthening domestic industries through local content policies (TKDN), the implementation of Indonesian National Standards (SNI), and enhancing the capacity of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to enter the automotive supply chain.

All these efforts align with the National Industrial Development Master Plan (RIPIN) promoted by the government.
