1. Wash and clean the meat
Make sure you wash and clean. Next, using a knife, scrape out the white fatty layers and soak the meat in lukewarm water with a dash of salt and turmeric.
2. Boil the meat
This is undeniably the easiest way to remove the fat, just rinse the soaked meat once, drain the water. Take a pressure cooker and add in the meat, spices and herbs.
Add some water and salt, cover the lid and cook for meat. Once the meat is pressure-cooked, drain the broth using a strainer. Keep it aside.
After some time, you can see a whitish layer on top of the broth, using a spoon to take it out, strain the broth again and use it for cooking delicacies. Meat broth improves the taste and nutritional quotient of delicacies.
3. Use Ice water
This trick to remove fat is super easy, just wash and clean the meat. Next, heat a pan and boil some water.
Turn off the flame and add meat to the water, make sure that the meat is submerged in water. Add a dash of salt, allow it to cool down and drain the water.
Then to this pan, add crushed ice water and put more ice cubes. Let it sit for a while, the ice helps in solidifying the fat and gradually the fat will float up and appear as a white thick layer, scoop out the fatty layer, wash the meat, drain the water and use it for cooking.
