"VKTR recognized that customer engagement and satisfaction are crucial to the success and growth of the company in the electric vehicle market," Bakrie remarked.

Earlier, VKTR successfully sold electric buses through Business to Government transactions with TransJakarta. It has provided 52 electric buses to TransJakarta since early 2022.

Given this achievement, Anindya Bakrie revealed that VKTR-produced electric buses have traveled 5.4 million kilometers without customer complaints and without any reported failures.

"This achievement is a testament to the quality of VKTR electric vehicles, as well as the company's commitment to providing excellent after-sales support and services," he concluded.
