Minister Sumadi also discussed the possibility of opening flight routes from Singapore to various Indonesian tourist destinations, apart from Denpasar and Jakarta. Because, he assessed that these routes have great potential to be developed.

"I will encourage and prioritize flights from Singapore to tourist destinations in Indonesia in line with the Bilateral Air Services Agreement between Indonesia and Singapore and the ASEAN Open Sky Agreement,"

In addition, the Indonesian Minister of Transportation also offered Singapore to invest in building a transit-oriented development (TOD) area that synergizes with the MRT in Jakarta.

This is because Singapore has successfully built a TOD area that is integrated with the MRT, which can be a positive point if Singapore wants to invest in Indonesia.

"We offer Singapore to invest in building TOD areas that synergize with mass public transportation in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia. TOD development in Jakarta still has a great opportunity to grow, just like in Singapore," he concluded.
