Jakarta – Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) has unveiled the Mitsubishi L100 EV in Indonesia, at the Indonesia International Motor Show or IIMS 2024.
This light electric commercial vehicle is positioned as a competitive choice for businesses and everyday operations.
Atsushi Kurita, President Director of MMKSI, expressed his confidence that the L100 EV can be well received by the Indonesian market.
"L100 EV has competitive specifications and prices, as well as advantages from both product and operational perspectives," Kurita said at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta on Thursday.
The vehicle is manufactured at the Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia (MMKI) assembly facility in Cikarang, West Java.
Earlier, the L100 EV has undergone Proof of Concept (POC) trials with several logistics and service companies since 2020. The results showed that the L100 EV is capable of accommodating daily operational needs.
There are several advantages to the Mitsubishi L100 EV, ranging from its compact size and ease of driving, good performance with instant electric power, comfortable suspension, equipped with air conditioning, efficient operational costs, and exemption from odd-even traffic restrictions in Jakarta.
In addition to the L100 EV, MMKSI also reintroduced the Mitsubishi Xforce as the star of the IIMS 2024 exhibition booth. Various programs and activities are available for visitors to participate in, as well as special sales and after-sales programs during the exhibition.
The launch of the L100 EV opens up opportunities for companies looking to transition to electric vehicles for their business operations.
This vehicle offers advantages in terms of cost efficiency and exemption from odd-even traffic restrictions, potentially increasing productivity and reducing expenses.
