7 Automotive Exhibitions Ready to Greet Indonesian Consumers

Jakarta – Automotive exhibition has become a primary attraction for the Indonesian community planning to purchase vehicles. By showcasing various brands and models, an exhibition allows consumers to see firsthand the vehicles they have dreamt of.
This year, the Indonesian Motor Vehicle Industry Association (Gaikindo) and the Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association (AISI), through Seven Event, are ready to present seven automotive exhibitions for Indonesian consumers.
Andy Wismarsyah, the President Director of Seven Event, stated their commitment to continuously support and innovate in each automotive exhibition organized by Gaikindo and AISI.
"The exhibitions owned by Gaikindo and AISI continue to grow, from the increase in the number of participants, the land area used, the expansion to new cities, to the addition of several new exhibitions," he said in Jakarta, several days ago.Â
The 2024 automotive exhibitions will kick off with the Business to Business (B2B) Gaikindo Indonesia International Commercial Vehicle (GIICOMVEC), scheduled to take place from March 7 to 10, 2024, at the Jakarta Convention Center, Senayan.
"This exhibition is specifically dedicated to showcasing various types of commercial vehicles," he remarked.Â
Then, the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) will be held from July 18 to 28, 2024, at ICE-BSD City, Tangerang.
Similar to the previous year, GIIAS The Series 2024 will commence, starting with the first exhibition in GIIAS BSD, followed by GIIAS Surabaya on August 28 to September 1, 2024, at Grand City Convex.
Next, GIIAS Bandung, scheduled for September 25 to 29, 2024, at Sudirman Grand Ballroom, and concluding with GIIAS Semarang on October 23 to 27, 2024, in Semarang.
Towards the end of the year, for motorcycle enthusiasts, the Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) plans to take place from October 30 to November 3, 2024, at ICE BSD City, Tangerang.
As the closing event for the year 2024, Gaikindo Jakarta Auto Week (GJAW) will be held from November 22 to December 1, 2024.
In its third edition, GJAW will relocate to ICE BSD-City, Tangerang, with a significantly increased total area compared to the previous events held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).
