Viktor Axelsen is the Third-time Winner at BWF World Tour Finals

China – The Men's singles champion from Denmark, Victor Axelsen has won for the third time at the BWF World Tour Finals.
Viktor Axelsen successfully became the men's singles champion of the BWF World Tour Finals 2023 after defeating Shi Yu Qi in the match that took place on Sunday.
The duel was fierce at the start of the first game. However, Shi Yu Qi was only able to keep up with Axelsen's game towards the game interval. Score 11-10 for Axelsen.
After the interval of the first game Axelsen performed stunningly by grabbing seven consecutive points to put him ahead 18-10 in the first game.
Axelsen finally defeated Shi Yu Qi 21-11 in the first game. In the second game, nothing changed. Shi Yu Qi again gave a fierce fight at the start of the game.
But Axelsen managed to lead 11-8 at the first game interval. After the second game interval Axelsen managed to widen the lead to 15-9.
Axelsen won 21-12 in the second game. After ensuring victory, he celebrated by throwing the racket he was wearing towards the stands. This is the third-time Axelsen has won the BWF World Tour Finals.
Earlier, he won consecutively at the BWF World Tour Finals 2021, and 2022.
