Jakarta, December 8, 2023 - In celebration of National Fish Day, which is commemorated every November 21, Regal Springs Indonesia (PT Aqua Farm Nusantara) held an educational event entitled "Eat Fish, Healthy Investment for the Golden Generation" at Ranch Market Pondok Indah, Jakarta.

This event was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) to promote the importance of ensuring the availability of safe, nutritious food and responsible and sustainable food production.

In the event, Regal Springs Indonesia and KKP emphasized the importance of eating fish as part of an effort to improve the quality of future generations. Fish is a good source of protein and other important nutrients, such as Omega-6, vitamin D, and essential amino acids.

"Fish has many advantages. One of them is protein. It is an important nutrient needed by the body for growth, repair, and maintenance of body cells," said Dr.Ing. Dase Hunaefi, one of the speakers in the event.
