The revenue is the highest for Manchester City. An achievement that cannot be separated from the treble winner score of Pep Guardiola's squad last season.

Because of the team's brilliant performance, revenue from broadcasting rights and others for Manchester City has also increased.

Khaldoon Al Mubarak, who leads ManCity's management, hopes that this achievement can be exceeded in the future.

"After the Champions League win in Turkey, the question that comes up most often for me is 'How did you overcome it?" Al Mubarak said as quoted by the Daily Mail.

"The answer is to double down on the philosophies and practices that have proven to bring this success and challenge ourselves to constantly innovate to reach new levels of performance both on and off the pitch,"

ManCity's profit margin when compared to revenue does not seem much. However, this is very reasonable, considering that The Citizens squad is studded with star players.

ManCity's current salary expenditure alone is almost IDR 8.2 trillion. It's not just for players and coaches, because it also includes other employees. The total number is 520 people.

Erling Haaland, who was brought in early last season from Borussia Dortmund, had a high impact on salary increases. Because for his salary alone, management must spend IDR 7.7 billion per week.

"Today's success means further investment for the future. Our financial health and success on the pitch means everyone connected with Manchester City can look to the future with joy," said Al Mubarak.
