"Indonesian culture is very diverse, very pluralistic. We have 714 tribes. This means that the strength, character, and culture that we have must be preserved, maintained, and nurtured," the President remarked.

According to the Head of State, IKN will be inhabited by people from various tribes and cultures, both from local communities and migrants.

He added: "Therefore, it is necessary to build mutual awareness to respect each other, appreciate diversity, and make Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as a strength to build harmony, togetherness, and unity."
