Israeli Ground Invasion of Gaza Delayed Due to Bad Weather

Tel Aviv – An Israeli ground invasion of the Gaza Strip, which was set to take place over the weekend, has been delayed for a week over bad weather conditions. 

According to the report, the current weather conditions could negatively affect the Air Force’s ability to provide cover for troops invading the besieged strip. 

Israel has been undergoing preparations for a ground invasion of the Gaza Strip, as hundreds of thousands of reserve troops have been amassed. A newly formed Israeli war cabinet has greenlit the operation. 

Tens of thousands of soldiers are reportedly being prepared to invade the Gaza Strip.

In addition, a video from the Tin Alerts thorugh X or previously known as Twitter on Thursday account shows a tornado hitting the city of Tel Aviv, Israel. 

"A tornado was recorded this morning off the coast of Jaffa, Tel Aviv in Israel. This comes after flash flooding was reported in Tel Aviv due to heavy rains that hit the region," Tin Alerts wrote.

The video spontaneously became a conversation on social media like X and Instagram. In fact, not only tornadoes, Israel was also recently hit by heavy rains that resulted in flooding. 

As information, the war that began October 7 has become the deadliest of five Gaza wars for both sides. The Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry said Wednesday that 3,478 Palestinians have been killed and more than 12,000 injured in the past 11 days.

More than 1,400 people in Israel have been killed, and at least 199 others, including children, were captured by Hamas and taken into Gaza, according to Israeli authorities.
