Chery Sets Target of 60 Dealers in Indonesia by End of 2023

Jakarta – Chery, a Chinese brand has entered the Indonesian market and is expanding its dealership. In fact, there will be 60 dealers in Indonesia before the end of 2023.
Based on the latest data from Chery Sales Indonesia, Chery currently has 37 dealers, with the latest dealership located in Palmerah, South Jakarta.
Vice President of Chery Sales Indonesia, Harry Komara revealed that this October, Chery Sales Indonesia will inaugurate five new dealers such as in Jakarta, Medan, Samarinda, Bandung, and Yogyakarta.
"Yes, this October we will inaugurate 5 dealers. The first one is in Palmerah Jakarta, then there will be in Medan, Samarinda, Bandung, and Jogjakarta," Komara said in Jakarta on Saturday.
Komara added, "The addition of these dealers is one of Chery Sales Indonesia's main purposes to get closer to Indonesian consumers,"
According to Komara, a lot of consumers get interested in Chery, as evidenced by the award as the Top Ten Brand Holder Agent with the most car sales during the 2023 period.
"Chery Sales Indonesia is still a new player and only 10 months old, but the achievement so far is very good," Komara informed.
"After the target of adding dealers is achieved, Chery will focus on other targets, such as adding car models and targeting new consumer segments," He concluded.
