Jakarta – Narcissistic refers to a personality trait or characteristic narcissism. Narcissism is one of the personality characteristics that is often of concern in psychology and social interaction. Narcissistic people tend to have high levels of self-confidence, a drive to be recognized, and excessive self-focus.

However, excessive narcissism can be problematic, both for the individual concerned and for those around them.

Here are some characteristics of narcissistic people: 

1. Excessive Self-Confidence

One of the main characteristics of narcissistic people is having very high self-confidence. They tend to feel that they are better than others and often express a very positive self-view. They often feel that they deserve special treatment and special recognition.

Narcissistic people are often very hungry for recognition and attention from others. They want to be the center of attention in any situation and often look for ways to gain recognition, whether it is through achievements, physical appearance, or other means.

3. Lack of Empathy
