In recent years, the company has received several prestigious awards that recognize its efforts to improve service quality and its dedication to the environment.

One of SiCepat Ekspres' recent achievements is the Perhumas PR Excellence Awards 2023 in the Internal PR Program category with the theme of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG).

This signifies the company's success in internal communication campaigns through the SiPintar program (Convey Your Aspirations with Precision and Integrity). The award was presented at the Indonesian Public Relations Convention (KHI) 2023.

Rangga Andriana, Manager of Corporate Communication at SiCepat Ekspres, stated, "We express our gratitude for the recognition given by Perhumas at the Perhumas Excellence Awards 2023 event. This award holds significant importance for practitioners and companies in implementing communication strategies, especially in SiCepat's case, where internal communication strategies are used for crisis mitigation and strengthening relationships with employees, particularly those working at operational branches."

In this program, SiCepat Ekspres committed to implementing green corporate principles both internally and externally.

The SiPintar program, as part of the internal communication campaign, has yielded positive results by involving more than 1,800 operational employees in the Jabodetabek, Banten, West Java, and East Java regions.

The program also encourages employees to actively use the WhatsApp AKSI (Employee Interaction at SiCepat) platform as a channel to voice their aspirations.
