However, for those with stomach ulcers and acid reflux, consuming coffee can be a challenge.

Coffee contains acids that can trigger excessive stomach acid production and irritate the stomach lining. Nevertheless, there are several ways for ulcer sufferers to still enjoy coffee.

Here are some coffee tips for those with stomach problems:

1. Choose Low-Acid Coffee

There are various types of coffee known to have lower acid content. Look for coffee that is specially processed to have a milder taste and less acidity.

2. Avoid Black Coffee

If you have stomach ulcers, it's best to avoid black coffee. Try adding milk or creamer to neutralize the coffee's acidity.

3. Avoid Coffee on an Empty Stomach
