Astra Land Indonesia Presents a Township with Eco-Green Concept in Cikupa

Tangerang – Tangerang has experienced rapid progress as a satellite city of the capital. Residential property development has been on the rise, making Tangerang the most sought-after location with a popularity rate of 16.7%.
The development in Tangerang is shifting westward, particularly towards the Cikupa area, supported by easy access through toll roads such as Serpong-JORR W2, JORR2 Serpong-Kunciran-Bandara, and JORR2 Serpong-Balaraja-Bandara.
Cikupa is an attractive area due to its access to toll roads to and from Jakarta and its proximity to established facilities in Serpong. Additionally, property prices in Cikupa are relatively affordable.
The ongoing development of public facilities, including the planned MRT along the Bitung-Balaraja Corridor, further enhances Cikupa's appeal as a potential target market for homebuyers and investors.
Astra Land Indonesia (ALI), a joint venture between Astra Property and Hong Kong Land, is currently developing a township project in Cikupa.
Spanning 50 hectares, the township project enjoys a strategic location along the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, with easy access to Cikupa toll gate, Karawaci, and Gading Serpong.
The project will be supported by three toll road accesses and future access to other toll roads, connecting the township to Semanan, North Jakarta, and Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
The township project targets millennials, young families, and executives, and it emphasizes eco-green landscape design to prioritize environmental preservation. It aims to provide a comfortable and ideal living environment that meets the needs of urban communities.
The project is supported by existing retail areas, including Happy Walk, Terrace 8 and Terrace 9, a modern market, and the Kedaton Golf lifestyle area. Future plans include a superblock retail area, hotel, and Samanea Mall. St. Laurensia Cikupa School is already available to cater to educational needs in the area.
“With the inspiration of returning to nature in the township's landscape design, we hope that the project can meet the needs of urban communities, providing a comfortable place not only to rest but also to engage in activities and become an ideal place for families to grow," said Alvin Kurniawan, Sales & Marketing Head at PT Lazuli Karya Sarana.
