Ministry Supports ASEAN Para Games Athletes with #PARAJuara Campaign

VIVA – The Indonesian Youth and Sports Ministry rolled out the #PARAJuara campaign on Sunday to support Indonesian athletes in the 2023 ASEAN Para Games in Cambodia from June 3 until 9, 2023.
This campaign aims to invite all Indonesian parties, such as the public to support the athletes' struggle to win the overall championship for the third time at the ASEAN Para Games this time.
After #OlahSEAmangat which was also campaigned by the Ministry of Youth and Sports at the 2023 Cambodia SEA Games and managed to break the target of 87 gold, 80 silver, and 109 bronze.
This time #PARAJuara is expected to accompany the same spirit and struggle of the Para Games Contingent to become the overall champion again at the 2023 ASEAN Para Games in Cambodia.
"#PARAJuara is a motivational statement that represents the principles and spirit of these 'boundary-pushing' athletes. They are champions who have won from the heart, which Insya Allah, will bring pride to Indonesia to become the overall champion again at the 2023 ASEAN Para Games." Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo stated.
According to Minister Ariotedjo, his ministry has also collaborated with several celebrities, youth associations, communities of people living with disabilities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and netizens to garner support for para-athletes.
"We embrace all (communities to support the athletes). We invite all without exception, whoever wants to join to voice our support together for those (athletes) who are fighting in Cambodia," he said.
"The para-athletes are champions who able to break all boundaries, in line with the spirit that exists within the souls of all Indonesian people. Break the limitations, win the gold!" he emphasized.
