This Delivery Company Sending Employees on a Spiritual Pilgrimage

VIVA English – As a express delivery company, SiCepat Express demonstrates its commitment to the well-being and interests of its employees through the official Spiritual Pilgrimage program, which recently dispatched 22 employees to the Holy Land of Makkah for the performance of Umrah.
The farewell ceremony for the Umrah pilgrims was held at the SiCepat Express Headquarters, Medialand Tower, in South Jakarta on Thursday (May 18). The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SiCepat Express, The Kim Hai, along with the board of directors, personally bid farewell to the pilgrims.
In his opening speech at the event, The Kim Hai expressed that the Spiritual Pilgrimage program is presented as a token of appreciation for the employees' loyalty, dedication, and outstanding performance for the company.
"We hope that this Umrah program will provide an opportunity for our employees to enhance their personal qualities, both in terms of spirituality and in delivering their best through their work. As a commitment to our employees, we will continue to introduce other appreciation programs," stated The Kim Hai.
Prior to the departure, SiCepat Express organized an Umrah orientation program on Saturday (May 6) at the Swissbell Hotel in South Jakarta. The orientation was conducted by Ustadz Sholeh Sofyan and attended by all the employees who were selected to participate in the Umrah pilgrimage.
The Spiritual Pilgrimage program is one of the initiatives introduced to reward loyal and dedicated employees. The recipients of this appreciation were selected through various channels, including recognition for employees with more than 5 years of service, appreciation for high-performing employees, and participation in the Spiritual Pilgrimage quiz program.
Apart from the Spiritual Pilgrimage program, SiCepat Express has consistently provided rewards to outstanding employees since 2021. One such reward is the assistance for down payment (DP) on housing through the House Ownership Program in collaboration with Bank Mandiri and Bank BTN.
