Expedition Company Achieves Best Service and Branding Awards
VIVA – The Indonesian expedition company, SiCepat Ekspres achieves two awards in the field of service and branding. First, the company got award for Online Usage Experience on Thursday.
The Grade Diamond award was achieved by SiCepat through the Service Quality Award (SQA) 2023 event organized by Marketing Magazine. It was received by SiCepat Ekspres Chief Marketing and Corporate Communication Officer, Wiwin Dewi Herawati.
"This award motivates us to continue providing the best service in logistics. SiCepat will continue to make the latest innovations that can improve service quality for customers, both in terms of operational effectiveness and digital technology updates. One is through the use of the SiCepat Superapp application," Herawati stated at The Westin Jakarta.
The determination of the SQA 2023 award is based on the Service Quality Index (SQI) survey by the Carre Service Quality Monitoring team. The survey shows customers' perceptions of the quality of service they receive and feel.
The SQI research was conducted in four Indonesian cities; Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Semarang in the period January-March 2023. These cities became the location of SQI research due to the high number of package shipments using SiCepat.
Second, SiCepat Ekspres also received appreciation in the field of branding by winning the Indonesia Wow Brand Award 2023 in the Courier Services category.
This award organized by MarkPlus Inc through MarkPlus Insight with the theme Branding for the Game Changers on Thursday at The Westin Jakarta.
Herawati expressed her gratitude to the public and customers who always give trust to SiCepat Ekspres as the choice of expedition service in Indonesia.
