VIVA – The France automotive company recently returned to Indonesia, Citroen, under PT Indomobil Wahana Trada, introduced the Citroen Experience Center MT Haryono in East Jakarta. The showroom is the first in Indonesia, and also the first outside of France to adopt the new logo.
"Citroen Experience Center MT Haryono is the first in Indonesia, the first outside of France to adopt a new logo and present the feel of an exhibition space with new standards and a digital concept," said Tan Kim Piauw as Advisory Board Indomobil Group at Wisma Indomobil, Jakarta, on Wednesday.
Furthermore, supported by its three brand pillars of Accessible, Care, and Audacity, Citroen aims to be the first brand to provide a best-in-class digital experience for all its customers in Indonesia.
Starting with the 3D car configurator, which can be accessed both through the Citroen Indonesia website and showrooms, customers can customize the chosen Citroen vehicle according to their desires and tastes.
After finding a suitable vehicle configuration, consumers will be directed to the e-quotation feature, where they will receive an offer letter for the reserved car through the same platform, where they can make payments easily and conveniently.
"We have prepared digital tools such as the car configurator and e-quotation to facilitate and accelerate the Citroen ownership process in this digital era. These tools simplify the buying process as customers can complete the entire purchase transaction process through the website." Piauw stated.
"However, for customers who still prefer to experience and touch the Citroën of their choice before completing the purchase transaction, they can still visit the Citroen Experience Center which is also equipped with the necessary digital tools to ensure a memorable Citroën experience," he added.
To ensure Citroen is accessible to automotive lovers widely, this brand plans to expand its sales network in Indonesia with 12 new outlets by the end of 2023. These outlets will be available in various major cities including Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Cikarang, and other major cities including Bandung, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Medan, and Palembang.
As information, Citroen Indonesia offers a standard vehicle warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) as well as a 24-hour Citroen Call Center or 24-hour ERA (Emergency Request Assistance) emergency service.
