VIVA – The township project of PT Lazuli Karya Sarana, a subsidiary of Astra Land Indonesia which is a joint venture company between Astra Property and Hongkong Land, in Cikupa Tangerang continues to be prepared to carry out initial development projects.
The Bitung-Balaraja Corridor in Tangerang Regency, one of which is the Cikupa area, is one of the pockets of new residential development with the potential to progress because it is the closest location to the western part of Serpong.
"This project is part of the development of the New Tangerang City area, where of course the project will be equipped with various facilities, such as a main road with a width of 40 meters and large, shady trees. This is in line with the green living landscape design concept promoted by this township project which prioritizes the principle of environmental preservation," said Chief Marketing Officer of PT Lazuli Karya Sarana Irma Tjandra.
The project will be supported by three toll roads. Located on the existing Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road, the project is only about five minutes away from the Cikupa toll gate.
The project will also be supported by the future access of the BalarajaSemanan Toll Road, which is a new toll road that connects the township location with Semanan, West Jakarta, and has the future access of the Kamal - Teluk - Naga - Rajeg Toll Road, which connects the township location with North Jakarta and Soekarno - Hatta Airport.
There will also be the Balaraja-Cikarang MRT line, which will connecting township locations with the Jakarta area and also Cikarang. The Balaraja Cikarang MRT line will also be connected to the North-South Corridor MRT Jakarta line.
"The location is also very strategic because it's only about 15 minutes from Karawaci and 20 minutes from Gading Serpong," added Irma.
This township project is also planned to have complete facilities and infrastructure at the right scale, as well as be equipped with commercial facilities to support the activities and social life of its residents.
The concept is adapted to today's standard needs; both from the younger generation, executives, to the more established generation.
