VIVA – PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), which is the Sole Agent of Brand Holder (ATPM) and exclusive distributor of Mazda vehicle brand in Indonesia, inaugurated the Headquarter that located at Jalan Teuku Nyak Arief No. 9D, Central Jakarta.

In his remarks, EMI Managing Director, Ricky Thio said that the presence of this head office aims to increase brand presence and become central in managing all Mazda management activities in Indonesia, and as a form of commitment to all stakeholders, as well as customers.

"The presence of the Mazda Indonesia Headquarter is a form of our commitment to being closer to all customers. Then, Eurokars Motor Indonesia hopes that this can help expand sales coverage and provide the best service to all Mazda lovers in Indonesia," he said at the location on Thursday.

The office has recently undergone a renovation and the showroom area was created with a minimalist Japanese concept, to reinforce the premium quality of the Mazda brand. Standing on an area of 2,728 square meters. The building has an area of 6,745 square meters consisting of 5 floors.

Not only serve as the headquarter, but the building also houses an integrated service center equipped with 3S (Sales, Services, and Spare Parts) where the renovation process also focuses on improving its services for customers.

Mazda Indonesia also presents a variety of interesting changes and facilities, such as the My Mazda Experience application which aims to provide convenience in sales services, especially the process of booking routine service schedules.

Then, there is a concept change and renovation of a more modern showroom. This showroom area contains up to seven units of Mazda cars, shelves containing official accessories, merchandise stores, and color charts, where the showroom area is connected to the Service Area.

Not only that, but changes also occurred in the interior and facilities in the Customer Premium Lounge waiting room on the Mezzanine Floor with the concept of "Home Away From Home", which can provide a home-like experience and a sense of comfort while waiting for the routine service of Mazda vehicles owned.
