Behind the beauty of Coban Rondo Waterfall in Batu City, Malang Regency, East Java, there is a mystical story. Coban Rondo Waterfall is known to be 'haunted' for dating couples. The myth is that young couples who are not married do not expect their relationship to last if they visit this tourist spot.

It is said that it is because of the curse of Dewi Anjarwati who does not want other people to happy on top of her suffering as a widow who was left dead by her husband, Raden Baron Kusumo after a duel with Joko Lelono who tried to snatch the goddess. On certain nights, Dewi Anjarwati is also said to often appear around the waterfall crying bitterly.

2. Alas Purwo National Park
