Jokowi Hands Over Social Assistance and Inaugurates Dam in NTB

VIVA – The Indonesian President, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), and the First Lady, Iriana Jokowi, will do a series of activities on the second-day work visit in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Thursday, December 29, 2022.
Starting the activity, the President and the first lady will visit Sila Market, Bima Regency to hand over social assistance for street vendors and market traders. Afterward, they will inspect permanent housing after the Seroja tropical cyclone in Tambe Village, Bolo Subdistrict, Bima Regency.
Next, the President will head to Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport, Bima Regency to take off for Sumbawa Regency using an Indonesian Air Force Super Puma helicopter.
Upon arrival in Sumbawa Regency, President Jokowi is scheduled to inaugurate Beringin Sila Dam. Then, he will distribute social assistance to traders at Utan Traditional Market.

After the work agenda in Sumbawa Regency is completed, the President and Ibu Iriana will head to Lombok Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Central Lombok Regency using an Indonesian Air Force Super Puma helicopter. From Lombok, the President and his entourage will then take off back to Jakarta using the Bae RJ 85 presidential plane.
Also accompanying the President and Mrs. Iriana on this working visit were Minister of State Secretary; Pratikno and Minister of Public Works and Public Housing; Basuki Hadimuljono.
