VIVA – Croatia is one of the countries that can steal the world's attention now. Besides successfully qualified for the semifinal of the 2022 World Cup, this country also has the world's fastest and most advanced car factory. The place is named Rimac which focuses on developing sports cars in the electric vehicle format.
As quoted from Rimac AutoMobile, Wednesday, December 14, 2022, this factory continues to strive to present vehicles, especially cars that are environmentally friendly but have a super power. Even Croatia also presents a sophisticated electric car called Rimac Nevera.
The new model recorded a top speed that is claimed to be the highest in the electric car segment. In a recent test, the vehicle reached a top speed of up to 412 kilometers per hour.
The achievement was made possible thanks to an engine developed by the company with 1,870 horsepower and 2,300 Newton meters of torque. With this ability, the factory was invited to cooperate with the famous automotive company Bugatti.
Not only about performance, the machine has been embedded with an electric motor powered by a 120-kWh capacity battery that is also capable of traveling up to 547 km. Even the battery is equipped with various safety features and avoids damage.
The founder and CEO of Rimac, Mate Rimac said he was very appreciative of Rimac Nevera’s development. This is an important moment in the company's history because it can achieve the fastest electric car record.
"The existence of the model shows that we can develop rapidly and take things to a whole new level," Mate Rimac remarked.
As information, the Rimac Nevera is already marketed in several countries. The eco-friendly hypercar is produced at 50 units per year, but for 2022 it’s already sold out.
