VIVA – Astra Property as the 7th business line of PT Astra International, welcomes its 6th anniversary by again holding the "Living First" event.
With the theme Power of Home, Power of You, the Living First – CreArt 2022 event will be held at Catur Dharma Hall, Menara Astra. The event will open on November 24 2022 specifically for invitations, while the public can enjoy this event on November 25-27 2022.
The company continues to grow through commercial and residential projects. In 2022, developments in the residential sector through Astra Land Indonesia are manifested in the launch of the Kelimutu Cluster which is the newest residential product from Asya township and the introduction of low-rise residential from Arumaya Residences, namely the Garden Villa.

This year, the series of Living First 2022 events began in September with the Menara Astra #EartLifeMatters campaign which raised the issue of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance).
The excitement of the series of events was then continued by holding Living First - CreArt 2022, which is an art exhibition.
"We are collaborating with AlaCasa, to present a collection of works by 10 well-known art galleries that are familiar to art connoisseurs, including Andi's Gallery, Art Agenda, ISA Art Gallery, Museum of Toys and Gudang Gambar," said Demmy Indranugroho as Head of Corporate Communications Astra Property.
