Astra Land Indonesia Handover Arumaya Residences Unit Earlier Than Schedule

VIVA – As the developer of the Arumaya Residences, Astra Land Indonesia has carried out handovers to consumers since September 2022. The process is earlier than originally scheduled, and to date there have been 13 units that have been handed over directly to buyers.
“We are very grateful that this handover process can be carried out, even faster than scheduled. This shows Astra Land Indonesia's strong commitment to our loyal customers. Our target is to be able to carry out the handover of 84 units by the end of the year,” said President Director of Astra Land Indonesia Wibowo Muljono.
Wibowo added that the Arumaya Residences development process continues according to the timeline, and follows the health protocols that apply in the midst of the pandemic. Therefore, this early handover can be achieved with good cooperation and collaboration from all parties.
During the handover process, apart from getting a welcome kit box, unit owners also receive a welcome gift in the form of a ready-to-use coffee machine in each unit. After the handover procession, prospective residents are invited to see the facilities owned by Arumaya Residences on the 5th and 25th floors.
