VIVA – Recently, the company of luxury car, Mercedes Benz launches a new product for Indonesian consumers. They introduce two vehicles in the automotive market. It is known, the two luxury cars are named the Mercedes-Maybach GLS and Mercedes-Maybach S-Class.
These two car variants are the most luxurious products from the company that gives a new definition of elegance and have fantastic prices.
President Director of PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia, Choi Duk Jun, stated that his party is proud to introduce these two new models to premium and exclusive consumers who have been present since 2015 globally and in Indonesia.
"We have ambitions to present the best vehicles among others, where they set the foundation for Mercedes-Maybach to become the most unique and exclusive automotive brand," Choi Duk Jun remarked in an official statement received by VIVA, Thursday, October 27, 2022.

In terms of specifications, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS model has a modern body design and has embedded the latest technology developed by the company. Even the spacious interior with the best materials is effective in producing a comfortable and stylish atmosphere.
In addition, this model has a rear seat that can be adjusted into reclining seats and there is also a folding table, as well as a cooling compartment for drinks in the rear seat. For the first time, this model has a driving program that ensures the rear seat becomes even more comfortable.
Meanwhile, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class has a wheelbase measuring 18cm longer than before. For comfort, this model has a First-Class Rear Seat with a massager on the calf rest and heating for the neck and shoulders.
This luxury vehicle is the first model that implements adaptive rear lighting, where passengers can adjust the light on the inside. Plus, this car has a second-generation MBUX multimedia system displayed on five OLED screens.
"As our most luxurious vehicle, the Mercedes-Maybach is here exclusively for enthusiasts in Indonesia. Throughout its history, this model has been used by the royal family, world leaders, artists, and sports champions," Choi Duk Jun remarked.
In addition to providing comfort, this model relies on sufficient performance in its class. The Mercedes-Maybach GLS is equipped with a four-liter V8 engine that can produce 557 horsepower and 730 Newton meters of torque. Meanwhile, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is equipped with a four-liter V8 engine that can produce 503 horsepower and 700 Newton meters of torque.
Speaking of prices, this German company offers the Mercedes-Maybach GLS model priced at IDR 6.5 billion. Meanwhile, the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is priced at IDR 5.9 billion with both still off the road. The two latest models are now available at authorized dealers throughout Indonesia.
