Honda Will Launch New SUV in Indonesia Next Week

VIVA – At the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show or GIIAS 2021 exhibition, Honda Prospect Motor also showcased their latest concept car, named the Honda SUV RS Concept. It is known that this latest Honda car will soon be marketed in Indonesia next week.

This new model was introduced in the world and is referred to as a blend of sporty character, the joy-driving performance. Then also presents the sophistication of technology.

During the GIIAS 2022 event which was held some time ago, Honda Respect Motor displayed the car but it was still under a secret status regarding the form of details and specifications.

On the list of Motor Vehicle Sales Values (NKJB) at the website of the Regional Revenue Agency of the DKI Jakarta Province, the codes DG47 and DG48 are listed with numbers starting from IDR 163 million.

The NJKB amount for the new car is slightly above the Honda Brio RS, indicating that the selling price is predicted to be in the range of IDR 200 million.

After that, as known, through the website of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, this Japanese manufacturer obtained a patent for a new car design that looks like the Honda SUV RS.

From VIVA's monitoring on the official Honda Indonesia Instagram page, Wednesday, October 26, 2022, it is known that Honda Prospect Motor plans to launch a new car next week.

"Join us to witness the New RS Family World Premiere launch on 2^nd November 2022 at 11 AM only on the Hondaisme YouTube channel," the account wrote.

From the uploaded video, it appears that the shape of the car that will be opened is similar to the Honda SUV RS Concept. Unfortunately, there is no additional detailed information submitted by HPM.
