Aburizal Bakrie and Other Dignitaries Attend Golkar's Anniversary

VIVA – The Golkar Party held a 58^th Anniversary thanksgiving event at Hall C Jakarta International Expo (JIEXpo Kemayoran) on Thursday, October 20, 2022. The event was attended by several Golkar party dignitaries.

At the event, the Chairman of the Golkar Party Advisory Council, Aburizal Bakrie, the Chairman of the Honorary Council of the Golkar Party, Akbar Tandjung, and the Chairman of the Golkar Party's Expert Council, Agung Laksono were present. Also attended by the General Chairperson of the Golkar Party DPP Airlangga Hartarto

Besides the Golkar party seniors, this Thanksgiving event was also attended by delegates from the Golkar Party DPD from all over Indonesia.

Strengthening the Vision and Mission of the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB)

Based on the agenda, after the celebration and cutting of the cone for the 58^th anniversary of the Golkar Party, the event will continue with the consolidation of the vision and mission of the United Indonesia Coalition formed by the General Chairperson of Golkar, General Chairperson of PAN, and General Chairperson of PPP.



Pilgrimage to TMP Kalibata

Previously, the General Chair of the Golkar Party, Airlangga Hartarto, together with party officials made a pilgrimage to the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery, South Jakarta on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. This activity was a series of the Golkar Party's 58^th Anniversary.

"Today is the 58^th anniversary of the Golkar Party, and as the Golkar Party does every year, today we make a pilgrimage to TMP Kalibata to start the anniversary series," Airlangga Hartarto said in Kalibata.

He said that the pilgrimage to Kalibata TMP was to pray for the heroes who preceded him, including the founders of the Golkar Party. According to him, many seniors from the Golkar Party are also buried in the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery.



"We will continue the struggle, and the struggle will not stop until the Golkar Party wins, Indonesia prospers," he said.

Since Sunday, a series of healthy walks have been started, followed by 452 regencies/cities. Furthermore, tomorrow a national consolidation meeting will be held at Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on Thursday, October 20, 2022, by inviting the United Indonesia Coalition.

"In the evening, there will be a presentation of the vision and mission by the General Chairperson of PPP, General Chairperson of PAN, and Golkar or KIB. Then, the peak event will be on Friday in Kemayoran and planned to be attended by the President (Joko Widodo)," the coordinating minister for the Economy remarked.

He said the momentum for the anniversary of the Golkar Party was to solidify the entire party network, starting at the district/city, provincial, and national levels.

According to Airlangga Hartarto, in tomorrow's meeting, functionaries from the Golkar Party faction from the center, provinces, districts/cities, and governors, regents, and mayors from Golkar will attend.
