VIVA – History records that there were several mysterious people in Indonesia whose traces of their whereabouts are unknown. These mysterious people exist and have a role in Indonesia. But many people do not know and doubt the existence of these people. Here’s information about the mysterious Indonesian people.

1. Supriyadi (PETA)

Supriyadi is a national hero, the leader of the rebellion of the Defenders of the Homeland (PETA) troops against the Japanese occupation forces in Blitar in February 1945. Supriyadi was appointed Minister of People's Security in the first cabinet in Indonesia. However, never appeared to occupy the position.

Long story short, the troops led by Supriyadi were conquered by the Japanese army. Then, the news that developed later, Supriyadi died. However, until now no bodies or graves have been found.

Therefore, even though he has been named a national hero by the government, Supriyadi's whereabouts remain mysterious to this day. The history written in school textbooks mentions that Supriyadi is missing.

Tan Malaka became a hero figure who had adventure stories from other countries and became the most sought-after figure in the Netherlands and many other countries. Tan Malaka had a hobby of undercover to avoid enemy spies at that time. Thus, his figure is always mysterious and not many know Tan Malaka.

It was said that Tan Malaka was killed on February 21, 1949, on the orders of Lt. Soekotjo from the Sikatan Battalion, Brawijaya Division in the Kediri area, East Java. So far, his tomb has never been found.

3. Gunadarma Borobudur

Borobudur and Gunadarma are two names that cannot be separated. In some literature, Borobudur Temple was architected by a group of people or a group of Brahmins who laid the foundation of a place of worship.

According to the story circulated, the head of the project in charge of making the site was Gunadarma. Unfortunately, there is no official information about him. Possibly, Gunadarma is a word symbol not the name of the person.

The incident of November 10, 1945 was one of the most heroic incidents, namely the tearing of the Dutch flag above the Oranje Hotel. This story was triggered by the news that at the Oranje Hotel in Tunjungan the red-white-blue Dutch flag had been flown by Mr. ploegman.

In the end, Mr. Ploegman is killed by a young man who approaches him unknowingly and thrusts his knife repeatedly. At that time Mr. Ploegman confronted the crowd in front of the hotel demanding the lowering of the tricolor flag.
