“High in sugar, carbohydrates are a factor. Why do outsiders look younger? because their sugar consumption is not as high as Indonesians,” dr. Hari Darmawan remarked.
On the other side, speaking of aging, the aging process goes on from the age of 30 to 40 years. But not only at that age, aging can also happen in the 20s or what is called premature aging. It is because of the lack of awareness of women to take care of their skin from an early age.
"When you're 20, your skin has elastin and collagen, which decreases 1.5 percent every year. Just starting to realize 30 years of dry skin, sagging fine lines because of late skin care early on,” dr. Hari explained.
Premature aging can be seen in various appearances ranging from oily skin, and dry skin to enlarged pores.
"The sign of premature aging of the skin looks oily if you wash your face immediately there is a problem with oil. Dry skin is like being pulled out easily, signs of premature aging, sagging skin, uneven skin tone, and enlarged pores,” dr. Hari Darmawan said.
