Bull running is a popular sport in Spain. The goal of the sport is to run in front of the bull, and hopefully not go headlong. Bull running can be traced back to the Middle Ages, and is still a popular sport today, despite it could bring danger.

2. Charming Worm

Worm charming is a weird sport that involves trying to pull the worms out of the ground by playing music. The music can attract worms to appear on the surface. This sport originated in England and is still popular today.

Pumpkin throwing is a popular sport in the United States that involves throwing the pumpkin as far as possible. The sport is thought to have originated in the 18th century and is still popular today.

4. Swamp Football

Swamp football is a popular sport in Finland. This football is played in the swamp. The sport is thought to have originated in the 1960s and is still popular today.

5. Quidditch

Quidditch is a popular sport in Harry Potter that has been adapted to the real world. This sport is played with two teams of seven players, who try to score goals with a quaffle (ball) while avoiding balls and catching golden snitch (small, fast-moving balls).

It turns out that there is an underwater hockey sport. Just like field hockey, ice hockey, or air hockey, the goal is to use a stick (or paddle for air hockey) to hit the puck or ball into the opponent's goal. Because it is played underwater, this sport is given the name Octopush by the participants.

7. Bossaball

Bossaball comes from Spain and is one of the adrenaline-pumping sports. Based on the concept of the sport of volleyball, the rules of baseball are similar except for the part where there is a trampoline involved. The player jumps and kicks or hits the ball over the net into the opponent's area.

There are 3 to 5 players on each team and one point is awarded when the ball hits the floor. Either way, the game is fun to watch.

8. Wife-Carrying

Wife Carrying originates from Finland. This sport requires men to carry or carry their wives through obstacles in a short amount of time. The funny thing is, most women are equally able to take their husbands through the course. The winning husband wins his wife's weight in beer.

Dog surfing is a sport that is loved by everyone. The goal of this sport is to train the dog to stay upright on the surfboard while crossing the waves. This competition takes place in California every year.

10. Polo Unicycle

Polo Unicycle is a sport that replaces horses with unbalanced one-wheeled bicycles. This sport has the same rules as polo, but believe me, it's much more difficult. The goal is to hit the ball into the opponent's goal with a wooden hammer while maintaining balance on the cycle.

This is something that’s definitely worth watching especially if one is in a bad mood. This will bring a smile to their face within minutes.

11. Caber Toss

Caber Toss is a sport from Scotland. This game is about how to throw a large log at a pole at a certain distance. The goal of this sport is not really to throw the block further but to land the top of the block near the person throwing it.

12. Chess Boxing

Chess boxing is a mixed game of brain and muscle. There are alternate chess and boxing rounds that allow the inner boxer to rest and recuperate while working hard to try and knock out their opponent with a checkmate instead of the top right.

People love this sport because it's not about brutality and it's also not about slow, boring chess moves.

13. Cheese Rolls

Cheese rolling is a popular sport in England. The game requires players to roll cheese down a hill. The sport is thought to have originated in the 17th century and is still popular today.

During the Spring Bank Holidays in England, people gather at the top of Coopers Hill and prepare for something very exciting. At the top of a very steep hill, a judge rolls a round of cheese down the slope and the participants follow.

People try to run down the slope, but predictably end up rolling over or sliding down like cheese. The winner of the race wins a round of cheese as well as some bruises and scars.

14. Blind Football

Blind football is a widely followed sport played by people without the ability to see. Blind football is one sport that encourages people with disabilities to get out of their comfort zone and explore something the whole world is a part of.

It is almost like regular football except the ball is filled with pebbles or marbles, which helps the players, find it and the only person who can see the goalkeeper.

15. Weasel Leggings

Weasel leggings are a sport and have been around for years all over the world. This sport aims to flaunt the man on the inside but can transform the manly parts within minutes.

The idea is to tie the pants around the ankles so there's no way out and drop the two ferrets into the pants.

A man named Reg Mellor holds the world time record for this out-of-this-world sport. He set an outrageous 5 hours and 30 minutes in 1981.
