VIVA – Exercise is one of the activities that can be done to keep the body healthy. People can do some exercise, such as jogging. Jogging is a combination of leisurely walking and running at speeds below 14km/hour.

Jogging can be done in the morning, or evening or many people do it at night. However, the best time for jogging is in the morning because the body still gets fresh air quality.

It doesn't cost much to do jogging. People can jog in an open place such as a jogging track area, field, or during Car Free Day.

Bandung has many exciting and comfortable places for jogging, such as the following:

1. Saparua Sports Center

Saparua sports center is a favorite jogging spot for Bandung people. The running track in this sports center is quite long and large. The jogging route at Saparua sports center is also surrounded by green trees.

After jogging, people can fill up their energy by enjoying food from vendors around the gor. There are sellers of yellow rice, dim sum, to lontong kari.

2. Saraga (Ganesha Sports Facilities)

Saraga is a favorite spot for Bandung Institute of Technology college students to jog and do other sports. The jogging track at this gym is wide enough so people won't be jostled with other people.

Apart from jogging tracks, Saraga also has other sports spots, such as basketball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer fields. There is even a swimming pool that can be used by the general public.

3. Gor Pajajaran

This sports arena is one of the oldest sports venues in Bandung. Gor Pajajaran is often used for regional and provincial-level athlete competitions. Therefore, the running track has been made according to professional standards.

4. Gasibu Field

6. Tegalega Field
