1. Saguling Reservoir, Bandung

Saguling Reservoir is an artificial lake located in Bandung at an altitude of 643 meters above sea level. This reservoir is one of three reservoirs that stem the flow of the Citarum River.

Saguling is believed by local people to be the location of the magical kingdom. No wonder when visitors come there, they often see creatures from other dimensions.

Many said, there’s a beautiful female ghost who often appears in the Saguling Reservoir. The existence of the creature indicates the occurrence of a trance event.

2. Wates Reservoir, Madiun

Wates Reservoir is a dam located in Wates Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency. This reservoir has been known for a long time as the most haunted reservoir on the island of Java.

Wates Reservoir has claimed many victims since its construction several years ago. Most recently, three project workers went missing there.

After being reported missing, the local community agreed to hold a ritual by throwing three white chickens alive and Telon flowers.

Believe it or not, an hour passed, the three workers were found around 5 p.m. even though the SAR team has been searching since 11 a.m. Local people believe that it can happen because of spirits.

This reservoir has a very beautiful scenery, but the local people said that there’s a supernatural creature named Mbah Jawer who inhabits the Jatiluhur Reservoir area, Purwakarta.

Many believe that when there’s an accident, it is because the astral beings who watch over this reservoir ask for sacrifice.

Cirata Reservoir is one of the artificial lakes located in three regencies at once, namely Purwakarta, Cianjur, and West Bandung Regencies.

Although it has a very stunning natural beauty, this creepy reservoir has a scary story. It was said that there was an invisible creature in the form of a large man covered with flames that inhabits the reservoir.
