Exhibition of PEVS 2022 Officially Starts Today

VIVA – The Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show (PEVS) 2022 exhibition officially starts today on Friday, July 22, 2022 to July 31, 2022 at the JIEXpo Kemayoran, Jakarta. PEVS 2022 is the masterpiece of the Indonesian Electric Vehicle Association and Dyandra Promosindo, as well as being a supporting event for the G20 Summit.
With the support of the Ministry of State Secretariat, later, the electric vehicles that will be used in the event will make its first appearance in public.
The electric vehicles start from the Hyundai Genesis, Hyundai IONIQ 5 to the Wuling Air EV. Not only that, there are also several lines of vehicles that are ready to become Transportation and Logistics Facilities at the G20 Summit, such as the DFSK Gelora E and the Mobil Anak Bangsa electric bus.
The commercial segment is represented by the Fuso e-Canter electric truck. The Mitsubishi Fuso eCanter truck is electrically driven.

There are also utility vehicles, such as Alke and Glutton, as well as two-wheeled vehicles such as Benelli-Keeway, Davigo, Gesits, Niu, Nozomi, Rakata, Regen, Selis, SMARTBY, Smoot, and Trolis.
Brands of components that support electric vehicles are also participating, such as ABC Lithium, ACMIC, Alton, Camp, Birubatt, B&D, Element, 3D Evolution, Groen, Oyika, Police, PMB, and Vixmo.
The General Chair of Perikliindo, General (Purn.) Moeldoko said that electric vehicles are a means of transportation of the future because they are environmentally friendly and can help reduce the use of fuel oil.
"Electric vehicle users are not afraid of rising fuel prices," Moeldoko remarked when opening the event, quoted on Friday, July 22, 2022.
According to the man who also serves as the Presidential Chief of Staff, Indonesia has great potential for the development of electric vehicles in the world.
"Indonesia has a role in developing electric cars in the world, because it has various resources that can support it," General (Purn.) Moeldoko remarked.
As information, the PEVS 2022 Exhibition is open every 11 am to 9 pm on weekdays, and 10 am to 9 pm on weekends. The ticket price is Rp30,000 for Monday to Thursday, and Rp50,000 on Friday to Sunday.
