This diseased is caused by abnormal proteins that can damage the central nervous system. So, infected humans or animals will experience a loss of control over the muscles in their bodies, such as difficulty walking or standing.

Alzheimer's disease or dementia is a progressive disease that destroys memory and interferes with normal mental functions including thinking, reasoning and typical behavior.
The disease begins by causing the memory problems, difficulty remembering the memory of information. However, over time, the disease progresses and sufferers may lose or have no memory for long periods of time.
6. Cirrhosis
Cirrhosis is the result of long-term chronic scarring and liver damage. The damage may be due to kidney disease or it could be due to chronic hepatitis and alcoholism.
The liver functions to filter harmful substances from the blood and send them throughout the body. When the liver is damaged, harmful substances will cause scar tissue to form. If that happens then the liver has to work hard to function properly.
7. Noma (Cancrum Oris)
Noma or usually known as Cancrum Oris is an infection that causes ulcers to form in the mouth or on the genitals. These boils that were previously visible to the naked eye can "move" into the body's tissues until they no longer appear, causing defects from within the body.
Life expectancy from this deadly disease is small. Nearly 90 percent of people who develop Noma eventually die from complications of the infection.
Noma generally occurs in malnourished children in areas with poor sanitation and hygiene. This infection is most common in children between the ages of 2 and 5 years.
