VIVA – Different from animals in general, which are more active in the morning. These animals are nocturnal or animals that are active at night. Some of these animals only will come out at night.

The following creepy creatures when seen from their appearance and prey ability. Not only that, the ability in the sense of sight and smell is also wonderful.

1. The Indian Flying Fox

Actually, the Indian flying fox is a bat. Its appearance is like a Vulpin that resembles a fox. Unlike bats which use echolocation, flying foxes search for food through sight and smell.

Their wings can stretch up to five feet. These bats are touted as possible carriers of disease as well as fruit thieves. However, they also help with pollination and dispersal of seeds and are considered sacred.

Mostly the Aye-Aye life in Madagascar. These animals chew holes in trees with strong teeth and use their middle fingers to eat the maggots inside.

The Aye-Aye’s teeth are very prominent, as are Aye-Aye's eyes which are useful for seeing in the dark of night. Madagascar folklore regards the aye-aye as a crime because Aye-Aye steals crops.

3. Deathstalker Scorpions

Deathstalker scorpions are capable of stinging and are deadly to humans. This type is usually found in parts of North Africa and the Middle East, especially those with light yellow-brown skin.

4. Owl

Owls are nocturnal. This bird of prey is known for its beautiful eyes and its chirping or hissing. Owls can see in the dark of night and their hearing is sharp which makes them great hunters.

Owls' asymmetrical ears allow them to hear prey in different locations more easily. Owls are capable of attacking humans if they are threatened.

5. African Dung Beetles

African varieties of dung beetle use the Milky Way to help guide them and their dung balls. Dung beetles tend to be non-insects and roll their dung in a clear path, away from the dung pile. So, other beetles can't steal it.

Tarantula come out at night and are very good at avoiding predators and have the ability to detect the slightest vibration. Tarantulas are also excellent hunters, mainly eating insects as well as some small lizards.

 7. Vampire Bat

Vampire bat are capable of biting humans, but they usually chase other animals such as cows and birds. These bats are found in Central America, South America or Mexico. To find blood, vampire bats detect the subtle sounds of prey breathing. Vampire bats are the only bat species that can walk, run and jump.

8. Rococo Toads

The rococo toad is usually found in parts of South America. The rococo toad is larger by puffing up to chase away enemies. If their enemy doesn't get the message, the rococo frogs will fire poison. Although dangerous, some people keep these nocturnal toads as pets.

 9. Naked Mole-Rats

These naked mole rats are not completely naked because they have whiskers, as well as hair on their legs and tail. These animals have poor eyesight, so they have to rely on other senses to navigate. Just like an ant or bee colony, this type of rat has a queen that they will protect.

Eyelash snakes have scales over their eyes. So, it is the reason why this animal is named as the eyelash snake. This snake is very venomous and has large fangs. Their "lashes" are an evolutionary advantage, allowing them to camouflage more easily.

Eyelash Vipers can change to a variety of colors, including green, red and yellow and will swallow their prey whole. Usually, Eyelash Vipers are found in Central America, southern Mexico or northern South America.
