Here Are Best-selling Smartwatch in The Market

VIVA – The smartwatch sales market from January to March, 2022 showed an increasing trend up to 13 percent. It is based on Counterpoint research, quoted from the Gsmarena website on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.
This research shows that brands such as Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi recorded an increase every year despite experiencing a decrease of 24 percent in the first 3 months.
Apple Associate Director, Sujeong Lim said brand loyalty was the main reason behind Apple's success, which boosted average sales as well as Year on Year shipments which also increased by 24 percent.
The weaker international position is also the reason why Huawei shows a stagnant number of shipments.
Users in key markets are also wary of not using Google Mobile Services on Huawei mobile devices.
Therefore, it is unlikely that they will switch to Huawei's smartwatch. However, the Chinese company managed to boost its performance in the domestic market.
Only the European region remained stable due to the impact of the war in Ukraine which resulted in disruptions in logistics delivery. It predicts that this impact will become more serious in the second quarter of this year.
Another highlight of this report is that Garmin leads the premium product segment for smartwatches priced above US$500.
In addition, another brand from the United States, Fitbit also looks to experience a serious decline because it has not yet launched a new product after it was officially acquired by Google.
Many people use smartwatches because they can do even more, from tracking people's workouts and measuring people’s heart rate to offering notifications and access to voice assistants.
