New Electric Motorcycle Model Presents in Indonesia

Jakarta, VIVA – Polytron has officially expanded its selection of electric motorcycles for the Indonesian market.
After introducing the Fox R and Fox S, this automotive manufacturer has now launched the Fox 500.
The latest electric motorcycle from Polytron boasts a bold and aggressive body with an aerodynamic design.
Ilman Fachrian Fadly, Polytron's Head of EV Product stated that the Fox 500 was introduced to meet the market's demand for premium electric vehicles with high performance and advanced features.
“We bring the Fox 500 with the theme 'so prestigious' because it comes with many new features," he said in Jakarta.
Regarding specifications, the Fox 500 electric motorcycle is equipped with a 5,000 Watt motor, capable of reaching peak performance up to 14,700 Watts.
This configuration delivers acceleration and a top speed of 130 km/h.
The electric bike is powered by a 3.89 kWh (72V 54A) battery, capable of covering a distance of up to 130 km at an average speed of 40 km/h.
The battery takes only 4-5 hours to fully charge, while fast charging takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The front and rear wheels are 14 inches, wrapped with 110/70 tires at the front and 140/60 tires at the rear.
As for braking, it features dual disc brakes, with telescopic front suspension and a monoshock at the rear.
Interestingly, the bike is packed with features such as Cruise Control, allowing users to set speeds between 5-80 km/h automatically.
"This feature is designed for safety and helps reduce rider fatigue," he remarked.
The Fox 500 is also equipped with a Smart Key System and LED & DRL (Daytime Running Light) headlights.
Furthermore, the electric motorcycle comes in two color options, Valiant White and Emerald Green.
As information, the Polytron Fox 500 is priced at IDR 43 million on the road.
As part of Polytron’s 49th-anniversary celebration, a special offer includes a price subsidy of IDR 4.9 million, allowing consumers to pay only IDR 38.1 million.
This offer is available from September 18 to October 18, 2024. Customers can pre-order with a booking fee of IDR 5 million during this period.
