Kawasaki Launched KLX230 New Edition and W175 L with an Injection Engine

Jakarta – The motorcycle-maker from Japan, Kawasaki officially launched the latest KLX230 Series, which includes the KLX230SE, KLC230SM, and KLX230SM SE. Additionally, the new model W175 L with a fuel injection system to Indonesian market.

The three latest KLX230 motorcycles come with much more attractive colors and graphics compared to the previous models.

Michael C. Tanadhi, Head of Sales & Promotion at Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI), said the refreshment for the KLXSeries and W175L were based on feedback and requests from customers.

"We received these product refreshments from suggestion and input from Kawasaki consumers, especially on the W175L model which has been upgraded to a fuel injection system," he stated in the official statement.

Furthermore, the three new models in the KLX230 Series feature new colors. The KLX230SE comes in Neon Green, the KLX230SM in Battle Gray, and the KLX230SM SE in Ebony.

"The KLX230 was first introduced in 2020 and received updates in 2024, including improvements to the engine, frame, and styling, aimed at enhancing engine performance and riding comfort," Tanadhi stated.

The updates to several parts of the 2023 model year have made the latest KLX230 appear more powerful.

Meanwhile, the Kawasaki W175L with an injection system already comes equipped with the latest features, including a fuel injection system, ABS braking, fuel meter, and built-in accessories.

Additionally, changes to the dimensions of the motorcycle further strengthen its retro image with modern touches in this latest model.

The four motorcycles can be viewed by the public at the Jakarta Fair 2024, which runs from today, June 12, to July 14.

Regarding the prices, the KLX230SE is priced at IDR 56.8 million, the KLX230SM at IDR 56.3 million, and the KLX230SM SE at IDR 58.6 million.

Meanwhile, the W175L variant is priced at IDR 58.6 million. All four vehicles are on the road Jakarta.
