Denpasar, May 16, 2024 – The World Water Forum will be held at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, Bali from May 18-25, 2024. Carrying the theme "Healthy Water Cycle for Shared Prosperity," the forum will be an important platform for various parties to discuss global water challenges and solutions.
Various countries and organizations will be present to exchange ideas and experiences in sustainable water management. The forum will also be a platform to introduce the latest technology and innovation in the water sector.
One of the highlights is the participation of Japan with a Japan Pavilion exhibition booth. At this pavilion, Japan will showcase its water technology, experience, and water culture.
The concept of Water for All, Water by All carried by Japan is the main focus of this exhibition. In the midst of the increasingly alarming water crisis due to climate change, Japan believes that cooperation between all parties is very important in maintaining and restoring a healthy water cycle.
More than just an exhibition, the Japan Pavilion will also host various interesting events, such as JAPAN NIGHT and an activity space for young people. This aims to encourage the exchange of information and ideas between participants from various backgrounds.
Exhibition visitors can interact with various water technologies and innovations, as well as experience Japanese water culture through photo spots and cultural exchange events.
Director of the Japan Water Forum which manages the Japan Pavilion, Fukuda, stated that they are very happy and enthusiastic to be able to attend this prestigious conference. The number of exhibitors at the Japan Pavilion this year is the largest since the 4th World Water Forum.
"The Japan Pavilion is a partnership between Japanese state-owned and private companies to disseminate information about Japanese water technology, experience, and water culture. Therefore, we are really looking forward to the exhibition in Indonesia this time," he said, quoted by VIVA English from an official statement.
