Jakarta – Chef de Mission (CdM) for Indonesia, Anindya Novyan Bakrie held a meeting with the French NOC for discussing the 2024 Paris Olympics preparations. They have talked about the best facilities for the athletes.
During the meeting, Bakrie noticed that the French NOC is making extraordinary preparations. They're seeking to accommodate athletes from other countries to ensure their comfort during this prestigious event.
Then Anindya Bakrie learns from the French NOC's approach in helping their athletes prepare, even when they will be in the Olympic Village in 2024.
"I've just finished a meeting with the French NOC. They're very accommodating and open-handed in serving delegates from other places," Anindya Bakrie said in a statement.
"Interesting to know how they prepare their athletes' performance. It's remarkable. So, in the athlete-village, there are special facilities for their teams, totaling around 600," he continued.
Bakrie made the French NOC preparation a lesson for the CdM team. Because, he also wants Indonesian athletes to get the best and can perform optimally at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
In the future, when the best facilities are provided for Indonesian athletes, they just need to focus on how to make the best contribution through get Olympic medals.
"Hopefully, it can be learned so that the CdM team can provide the best for Indonesian athletes, thus giving the best in terms of performance and medal acquisition," Bakrie concluded.
