Elon Musk Plans to Meet Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel Next Week

Israel – The billionaire, Elon Musk is expected to visit Israel next week, where he will visit towns near the Gaza border that were attacked by Hamas on October 7, 2023.

"Musk will meet with Israeli President Isaac Herzog and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his visit," according to an N12 media report.

The visit comes as Musk continues to come under fire for his failure to combat antisemitism and hate speech on the X platform.

In addition, earlier this week, Musk announced that X would donate all revenue from advertising and subscriptions to two camps, including hospitals in Israel, the Red Cross and the Red Crescent in Gaza.

Last month, Musk also said that he wanted to provide the Starlink satellite internet network to the Gaza Strip, which angered Israeli officials.

One of Netanyahu's ministers, Shlomo Karhi, warned that Israel would oppose the move.

Musk on the same occasion emphasized that if Starlink access is granted to Gaza, the company will take extraordinary measures to ensure that the access is used solely for humanitarian reasons.
