"For this reason, the residential area is planned to support a life that is close to nature, active, and healthy. Furthermore, he said that the residential area is also planned to have complete facilities and infrastructure at the right scale, and is equipped with commercial facilities to support the activities and social life of its residents. Because in addition to proximity to nature, living in a good community can also support the quality of life.

On another side, the concept that Astra Land Indonesia will present will also be strengthened by SIURA, which will design the landscape design of the area with the concept of an eco-forest that is in line with the principles of environmental sustainability to create a good living space not only for residents but also for various other living things.

"This is reflected in ecologically oriented planning by applying three main principles; namely improving the ecological quality of the area, environmentally oriented water management, and conservation, and providing social space for the community with pedestrian connectivity and comprehensive outdoor recreation programs," Founder and Principal of SIURA, Anton Siura explained.

According to Anton Surya, the residential area will be able to present a green and beautiful residential area surrounded by beautiful and calming vegetation. The eco-living concept taken is close to nature and water because it is planned with the Water Sensitive Urban Design and Ecological Sustainability approach.

As information, the development value of this project is IDR6 trillion, the construction of the township by PT Lazuli Karya Sarana will last for 12 years with the preparation of project work starting at the end of 2022.
