The reports show that at least four criminal organizations are operating in the city and contributing to the high crime rate of 76.56 percent.
2. Marseille, France
Marseille is a port and trade city in Europe and the second largest city in France. On the other side, the city has a serious crime problem partly because immigrants face conditions of poverty.
Drug trafficking is thriving in the city, with various criminal organizations contributing to the crime rate of 61.50 percent. Most of the crimes in Marseille are mugging, credit card theft, and pickpocketing.
